Meditation and Sleep
Saw these images during a 7-minute guided meditation:
- Riding a bicycle through a park. Park had children. Did not recognize any of them.
- Panning/gliding through John and Wendy’s (felt like “Nanny” and “Grandad” was appropriate) kitchen in Milton, Ontario. John was trying to place a meal tray on the kitchen table. It was sunny outside.
Went to bed at about 12:20am.
Woke up at 7:20am. Recalled this dream:
- Justin Trudeau getting a hole-in-one in mini-putt on live U.K. T.V.
- The last course required a player to strike the ball from a moving flower shape that was cut into the ground.
Contemplation & Connections
The meditative images felt like things that Toby would have appreciated. Thank you for sharing that with me, Toby.
I felt no particular connection to the mini-putt sequence.
